FULL-TIME COLLEGE STUDENT VERIFICATION

In order for your son or daughter to remain active under your insurance coverage, Benefit Administrators, Inc. must receive one of the following items as verification of full-time student status every semester your son or daughter is enrolled as a full-time college student:

1.     Letter from the Registrars Office

2.     Copy of his or her tuition bill

3.     Copy of his or her class schedule
